All training materials, including code, proprietary notes, and digital content, are the property of Company Name. Unauthorized redistribution or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
We provide dedicated placement assistance; however, job placement is not guaranteed. Final selection is solely at the discretion of the hiring company based on the candidate's performance and skills.
Company Name shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our educational programs. Our total liability is limited to the course fees paid by the student.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
